OUR PROGRAMMES
If you are aged 15-26 and are interested in any of our programmes, read below for more information and complete a short online referral form.
Music Therapy
Our programmes of music therapy run in-person over 6 weekly sessions, either on a 1:1 basis with a professional musician, or in a small group of other young people under the guidance of a professional musician. Within these sessions, you will learn to play an instrument or develop your current instrumental skills, expressing yourself through the power of music. These sessions will focus on your mental wellbeing, as well as your social and communication skills.
Counselling
Our programmes of counselling run in-person for six weeks with a professional counsellor. Sessions are delivered in groups, and explore themes such as overcoming anxiety, building resilience, and managing emotions.
Mentoring
Our programmes of mentoring run in-person or online for up to one year. These sessions support individuals during times of transition, either moving from one education provision to another, or into the world of work or training. They are designed to bridge the gap between your old setting and your new one, helping you to navigate the change and have access to someone who can support you with advice, guidance, and a friendly face. All of our mentors are volunteers and bring vital life experiences with them to be able to guide you during this time.
Life Experiences
Our trips offer a variety of opportunities for you to experience the wider world with groups of other young people, developing your social skills, growing your confidence and independence, and increasing your aspiration.
They include:
Day trips to theatres, music venues, museums, and famous tourist attractions.
Day trips to natural green spaces, including woodland, parks, and beaches. Day and weekend trips to music festivals.
2-4 day UK residential trips.
1-4 week international trips.
