If you are a young person aged 15-26 who has experienced disadvantage in your life, please get in touch. We accept referrals for young people who have a Special Educational Need or Disability, are experiencing financial disadvantage, are in care or care leavers, are young carers, or who have other barriers that may be preventing them from fulfilling their potential. Please be aware that the SupaJam Foundation may ask for evidence of hardship to ensure we are reaching those most in need of our aid.
